The really funny part is the last post I had on here was about how I had finally embraced being single and low and behold 2 months later I met my husband. Grrr....to all those people that said it would finally happen when you became content LOL!!!
So met my husband Jon in Jul 2016,
got engaged in Nov 2016,
quit my job as an art teacher in May of 2017,
we got married in Jun of 2017,
moved to Pineville, LA in Jun 2017,
found out we were pregnant in Nov 2017,
miscarried in Jan of 2018,
found out we were pregnant with our Rainbow baby in May 2018, and moved to Fairhope, AL in Sept of 2018.
So that pretty much sums up what's been happening since my last post...the cliff notes version.
So as we start a new year and I'm on the brink of a new season in my life I thought, "What the heck I need to start blogging again!!" 2017 gave me the title of wife and I can't believe that in 2019, just 27ish days away I will be getting a new title, that of Mom.

With the new year and looking forward to all that it brings, it also had me reflecting back on the past few years. As I read through some of my past blog post and pondered on all the changes there were a few things that I still do. I still love New Years, I love all of the possibilities! I also have continued to do my One Little Word for the year. I love that now me and my husband do it together. We have changed it up a bit, we do a Family Word, one word that we want to focus on together and we each choose a personal Word for the year. If you are wanting to know more about One Little Word here is the website where I learned about it. I took her creative class the first year and then just did it on my own the following years. I will make a post later that explains it a bit more so stay tuned!
So here is to a Happy New Year, to New Seasons and coming Changes! Oh, and hopefully more blog post :)
